Actual rental income depends on market demand, property condition, and other factors outside our control. RentUp does not promise guaranteed rental income unless a separate written guarantee agreement is signed. Property management services are provided under a separate management agreement agreed directly with RentUp.
Stays are booked through our separate platform at book.rentup.ae, which may be subject to its own terms and conditions presented at the time of booking. This website does not process stay bookings or payments directly.
